With spring and summer around the corner, all of us probably are loading up on the bronzers and dewy highlighters. Lusting after a flawless complexion, very beach-bronze glam and glistening skin. And also, some SPF thrown in ! I personally hate products with SPF, but this one has me in love *insert heart eyes emoji*.

Now, if that doesn’t scream magic in a bottle, I don’t know what does. I really wanted it mainly for the SPF, and that it’s also illuminating. I got this in the shade Medium.
On to the illuminating part, I know there are mixed reviews about the glitters. Yes, there are glitters in this cream. But, as you can see below, you cannot detect them with a naked eye. Unless, you really get look at your skin closely, and move your face a lot in the sun you cannot see these glitters. All you see is a lit from within, beautiful healthy skin. Win !
Though this is termed a CC+ cream, it has pretty good coverage. My eyelids, which are darker than my face, completely blank out, when I smooth this over. I don’t feel like I require an eye primer, if I use this to cover my eyelids as well.
I did have some difficulty with actual application initially, I used one full pump, just mixed in with my Too Faced Hangover Primer, on bare skin, no moisturizer beneath. And it caught on every dry patch of my skin and looked uneven. So, this is not as hydrating as claimed.
On my subsequent trials, I applied a generous amount of moisturizer on my skin, and then applied a little more than half a pump of the CC+ cream, sheered with the primer and it looked flawless. I didn’t feel like I had anything on my face at all. I used my fingers both times.
Bottom line: I love this for the summer, for a more perfected look, like I have healthy, glowing skin.
Have you tried this ? XO
